However, if you are the type of agent that has a victim mentality, finds excuses, blames others for why you are not where you think you should be, and are looking for an overnight success hack (which by the way, doesn’t exist) then please, do not enroll. The power of this mastermind is in the community, so be honest with yourself, and if you’re like us, we will change your business and life forever.
  • Delayed Gratification: Embracing the perspective of playing the long game and extending the time horizon for which one is expecting to see the tangible results of the effort they have invested into an activity.
  • Consistency Trumps Intensity: The only way to make progress and become great at anything is to increase the volume of repetitions executed on that activity for a prolonged period of time, which ultimately leads to an increase in skillset and, thus, inevitable growth. Remember, frequent singles win the game, not infrequent home runs.
  • Playing to Win: In order to succeed, you need to have a deep-rooted belief that you are capable of achieving the goals you have set for yourself and that you do not let anything, or anyone, alter that belief.
  • Trust The Process: The blueprint of success has been created by many for any initiative you choose to embark on. If one man or woman can do it, so can another. Stay the course, do not try to reinvent the wheel, and execute consistently on what has already been proven.
  • Done Is Better Than Perfect: Perfectionism is simply procrastination disguised as quality control. The only way you can work toward perfection is repeated action over an extended period of time, which means imperfect action is superior to perfect inaction.
  • ​One Thing: Focusing on a singular task or project until fully executed. In order to reach optimal performance and productivity, you must focus on one initiative at a time and to not move on until completion. 
  • Self-Integrity: Being able to bet on yourself is one of the most powerful tools for taking calculated risks and scaling. This stems from following through with the commitments that you make to yourself consistently for extended periods of time.
  • Embodied Belief: In order to succeed, you need to have a deep-rooted belief that you are capable of achieving the goals you have set for yourself and that you do not let anything or anyone alter that belief.
  • ​Base Hits: Frequent singles are what win the game, not infrequent home runs. The guaranteed way to win in business is to focus on making small incremental progress rather than hoping for a major win to scale.
